【消息報告Announcements】
1.本主日禮拜之後舉行社青主日學，請預留時間參加。
The Young Adults Sunday School will be held after the service today.
2.關懷組訂於八月20日（禮拜二）舉辦 St. Charles River boat 半日遊。預定11:30am 於 Jurin 午餐，1:30pm搭船遊河。午餐費和＄10的特別價搭船費請自付。有興趣的兄姐請向英蘭長老登記；若需要共乘汽車前往者請告知，並於當天早上10:30來教會集合。
3.長執會報告：
A. 同意社青於九月20-22日外出舉辦社青退修會，陳牧師擔任講師，沛芸長老籌劃一切細節。
B. 成立長執改選的選舉委員：英蘭長老、明雄執事、淑貞姐。預定九月15日召開會員大會，選舉明年度的長老、執事。
C. 九月7日（禮拜六）台語教會聯合敬老會假台福教會舉辦，時間預定10:15am開始、12:15pm 午餐交誼。長執會議決凡本會兄姐參加者，午餐費用由教會支出，但須要先報名才有。請向永茂執事報名，九月1日截止。
4. 八月25日下午1-3 pm 吳永吉醫師等人聯合畫展＆特別介紹，假Indian Prairie Library （401 Plainfield RD., Darien) 舉行，歡迎兄姐自由前往觀賞。
【代禱＆關懷Intercession and Concerns】
1. 教會Church ministry：為每主日禮拜與同服事的兄姐；為教會＆社青的退修會籌備。為兒童主日學老師與學生；為社青的家庭和聚會。Pray for the Sunday worship serving team, for the preparation of retreat, for children’s Sunday school; for families and gatherings of young adults.
2. 家庭Family：求主憐憫與醫治身體欠安的兄姐。求主引導與保守外出的兄姐。 Pray for God’s mercy and healing to keep our brothers and sisters in good health and pray for those who are away from home.
3. 社區Community＆世界World：為美國總統的選舉，能有一位敬畏主的領導者。為福音在台灣早日遍傳。為世界多處戰爭中受苦的百姓。 Pray for the Lord to take control of the United States in the presidential election in November, for the gospel to spread throughout Taiwan, and pray for the people who are suffering during the war.
