【消息報告 Announcements】
♦ 長執會公告：
>訂於十一月第一主日（十一月1日）召開長執提名會員大會。會員名單、候選人名單已經公布於教會布告欄，並以 email 的方式給每位信徒會員。11/01(Sunday) – Elder/Deacon Candidates Nomination Election meeting. The lists of Active Membership & Deacon/Elder qualified candidates has posted at (front door) Bulletin Board and emailed to members.
>本次長執改選，選舉一名長老、兩名執事。Consistory has decided to elect 1 elder and 2 deacons for this election meeting.
>投票方式：在教會內，或郵寄給無法來教會禮拜的會員。以郵寄方式投票者，必須在十月30日午夜之前將圈選的選票寄至教會（培德長老收）或交回給小會會員。Voting method: At the 11/01 nomination election meeting (in the church). If you choose to vote by mail, your circled ballot must be returned and received by elder Peter on or before 10/30, so that it can be counted at the 11/01 Election meeting.
>任期屆滿長老謝英蘭姊（可再被選）、執事妙珠姊（可再被選）、執事俊文兄（身體因素今年不被選），請為此代禱。Note: Elder Eleanor Chen (term expires this year but can be re-elected); Deacon Pearl Wei (term expires this year but can be re-elected); Deacon Clark Su (the term expires this year but will not be re-elected due to health reason).
♦ 下主日禮拜之後召開小會，請長老預備參加。
♦ 十月17日（禮拜六）芝加哥中會秋季議會假 DGCC 召開，陳牧師與培德長老前往參加。10/17 RCA Chicago Classis fall season meeting
